Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to the yard, you do not need to be home.
What happens if my gate is locked?
Your gate must be unlocked or accessible using the gate instructions on file. If we cannot access the yard, the visit may still be charged.
What happens to the waste?
We bag it and place it in your outdoor garbage can.
Can my dog stay outside?
Friendly dogs may be fine, but aggressive or protective dogs must be secured during service.
Do you service yards during winter?
Yes. We remove visible waste and continue service as weather conditions allow.
What happens during bad weather?
Unsafe weather, heavy snow, or icy conditions may delay service.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract.
How does billing work?
Automatic recurring billing through the card on file.
Is the initial cleanup really free?
Yes, for new weekly customers with standard residential yards. Excessive accumulation or unusually large yards may require a custom quote.
